We are one church in two locations. Join us at either!
West Ministry Center
Sundays at 9:30 a.m. & 11:00 a.m.
What should I expect when I arrive?
Room211 is casual. Dress casual. Come thirsty and hungry, and pick up a Frappuccino® or homemade chocolate chip cookies and settle in.
At our Central Campus, we suggest arriving 20 minutes early – lots of people coming to worship make it important to get here early to get a parking spot, get a seat and to hit the Café prior to worship. Fortunately in our new building (the West Ministry Center) there are no bad seats – we IMAG the services and the sound is the same no matter whether you’re in the front or back.
At our South Campus, we’ve got a bit more room, but join us at 9:00 a.m. for our education hour before the service gets going at 10:15. Lots of people will hit our South Café for our homemade cookies and be ready for things to get going. There’s plenty of room, so invite a friend to come along!
If you don’t know how to use a Bible … don’t worry. The songs, Bible verses, and so forth are all on the screen in front. But we do encourage people to bring Bibles so that you can make a note of verses that you want to reference later. While we’re on that topic, we encourage you to visit the Messages page to read over sermons that impacted you, or share them with a friend.
Do you need to bring an offering? If you’re a visitor, certainly not. Visitors to Room211 are our guests – when’s the last time you charged someone to eat at your house??? If you are committed to Room211 and Christ Lutheran Church, then we encourage and teach tithing – the giving of 10% of your income to the Lord as a way of honoring Him and keeping Him as the priority in your life.
What about Communion? Check out our beliefs about communion. Since communion is a time for us to come in union to receive Jesus’ body and blood, we encourage those who are unsure of their beliefs or who don’t yet agree with our beliefs to use the time of communion to reflect, pray, and sing. There are always many who don’t receive communion for this reason, so you won’t be alone. And we encourage those who are in agreement with us in our beliefs to receive the body and blood of Jesus, given and shed for our forgiveness. By the way, communion is offered on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays of the month.
The music played at Room211 is selected from popular, current contemporary worship songs, many of which you will hear on the radio. Check out a few of the songs we sing on Sundays in these videos!
